Effective October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Trinity Training, the gym at 19460 144th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, founded and run by Coach Michael Brandenburg. "We", "us" and "our" mean Trinity Training. "The app" means the Trinity Training member app at https://app.trinitytraining.org.
Please read these terms carefully. They include an assumption of risk and release, a limitation of our liability, and rules for resolving disputes. By checking the box to accept them, or by using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Anyone can create an account by verifying their email address and can use it right away. We use automated bot protection and rate limits to stop misuse. Coach Michael or Trinity Training may remove an account. When an account is removed, its information is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Parents and guardians of younger athletes in our youth and family programs can talk to Coach Michael about their child's training. Those athletes do not get their own app accounts.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address or with your Google account. The app has no passwords. Anyone who can read your email or use your Google account can sign in as you, so keep those accounts secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your Trinity account.
Give us accurate information when you set up your profile, and keep it current. Each account is for one person. Do not share your account or sign in as someone else.
Your account is tied to the email address you first signed in with, and you cannot change it yourself. If your address changes, contact us and we will move your account to the new address after confirming it is you.
You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it happens because of our own failure to protect it.
The app shows the daily workout and the gym calendar, lets you log your results and the weights you used, shows workout boards that compare scores, keeps your body readings and food preferences, and lets you add the gym calendar to your own calendar app, either as a one-time download or as a private subscription link.
If you trained with us on the previous Trinity app, your earlier workout history is added to your account when you sign in with the email address recorded on your old account. If your first name was shared by more than one old account, the app asks you to confirm which workouts are yours. Workouts claimed by two members stay unattached.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may pause the app for maintenance or repairs. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you, but we do not promise the app will always be available or free of errors.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Before you start training, and whenever your health changes, talk to your doctor about whether the exercise is right for you, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, blood pressure, breathing, bone, joint or other medical condition, or are recovering from an injury or surgery.
The app is not medical advice. Workouts, suggested weights, scores, body readings, food preferences and anything else in the app are general fitness information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other licensed professional. Readings from a gym or home scale are estimates, not clinical measurements.
Train within your limits. You choose the weights, pace and movements you use, and you may scale or modify any workout. Stop right away and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or anything that feels wrong. Workout boards are for motivation only. Never push past what is safe for you to move up a board.
Tell Coach Michael about any injury, condition or limitation that could affect your training. Information you enter in the app does not by itself tell us about a medical issue, so speak to a coach in person.
You understand that strength, conditioning, running, rowing, jumping, lifting and similar training can cause injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, heart problems, and in rare cases serious injury or death. These risks can come from your own actions, from equipment, from other people, from the condition of the facility, or from following a workout or suggestion shown in the app.
You choose to use the app and to follow its workouts voluntarily, and you accept these risks. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Trinity Training and its owner, coaches, staff and volunteers from claims for injury, illness, loss or damage that arise from your use of the app or from following workouts, weights or other information in it.
This release does not cover injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or any claim that Washington law does not allow a business to release. If you have signed a separate waiver or membership agreement with Trinity Training, that document still applies, and this section adds to it rather than replacing it.
When you log a result, other signed-in members can see it on the workout boards as a rank, score, gender, the weights you recorded, the workout date and whether it was the standard or modified version. Other members do not see your name, notes, the text of your modifications, your body readings or your food preferences. Coach Michael and the support administrator authorized by Trinity Training see everything you log, including your name.
Trinity is a small gym, so another member may be able to guess which entry is yours from the score, gender or date. If you do not want a result on the boards, do not log it, or ask us to remove it.
Treat other members with respect. Do not try to identify, contact or embarrass another member using what you see on a board.
Use the app only for your own training at Trinity Training and only as these terms allow. You agree not to:
Log false results or results for someone else, sign in as another person, or let someone else use your account.
Try to see data that is not yours, test or get around the app's security, or interfere with how the app, its database or its servers work.
Copy, scrape, sell or republish the app, its workouts or other members' information, or use automated tools to access the app.
Enter anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or threatening, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Sign up under a false name or someone else's identity, or use the app to harass Trinity Training, its staff or its members.
Use the app to advertise, recruit for another business or send spam.
You own the results, notes, readings and preferences you enter. You give Trinity Training permission to store, display and use them to run the app, to coach you, and to show your results on the workout boards as described in section 6. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information, and it is part of these terms.
We may correct obvious errors and remove content that breaks these terms. Coach Michael or the support administrator may also enter or correct body readings for you, and those entries are recorded.
The workouts, programming, schedules, exercise names and descriptions, images, logos and the app itself belong to Trinity Training or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own training. You may not copy, sell, share or publish them for others, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Some exercises link to videos or pages on other websites. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
If you sign in with Google, Google's terms and privacy policy also apply to that sign-in. If you add the calendar to a calendar app by download or subscription link, that app's terms apply to the copy it keeps. Your subscription link works without signing in, so anyone who has it can see the gym schedule. Keep it private, and reset it in the app if you think someone else has it. We are not responsible for services we do not run.
You can stop using the app at any time. To close your account and have your information deleted, email us at the address below. Our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we keep.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your Trinity membership ends, if we need to protect other members or the app, or if we stop offering the app. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to ask for a copy of your information.
Sections 4, 5, 9 and 12 through 16 continue to apply after your account is closed.
We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, including any implied promise that the app is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors. Check any score, weight or reading that matters to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Trinity Training and its owner, coaches and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or from being unable to use it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for use of the app in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These limits do not apply to injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or where Washington law does not allow them.
If you break these terms or misuse the app, and someone makes a claim against Trinity Training because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent the law allows.
If you have a concern about the app, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, either of us may take the dispute to court.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any lawsuit about these terms or the app must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may also use small claims court if the claim qualifies.
We may update these terms and the Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post the new version in the app with a new version date. The next time you sign in, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the app and ask us to close your account.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and any membership agreement or waiver you have signed with Trinity Training are the whole agreement between you and us about the app. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a business that takes over Trinity Training.
